my first attempt of Strawberry Frozen Yogurt, following the video here:
Here's the summary of the recipe:
470 plain Nestle yoghurt
200mg Whipped Cream
100mg Custard Sugar
2 tablespoon Malibu rum
I wonder if others face any problem of it froze to icy rock. What I do now is I take it out from the fridge about 20 minutes earlier and rest it before eating and it tastes really awesome.

p/s: can anyone advice me how to prevent the yoghurt froze to icy rock ?

hi Jinko, my sister tried with Non Diary Whipping Cream instead, and she found that it will freeze to a nice texture.
I will try again and let you know how it goes.. :)
